Is there any Tagline that comes with ur logo you are deciding ?

Not sure yet but here are some ideas:

Washology; the science of a car wash
Washology; exact results for a reason

Gleam; we fix 3 dollar car washes
Gleam; the wash at western center

man its very important to give me the text of logo this improve the logo idea 20 % at least

Is Gleam also a name possibility?
I'd definitely need a final decision on the name before I can sketch anything.
