Brief de Design de Logo

Our company is based out of Vancouver, British Columbia. We have 10 years of experience in the Food and Drink Industry and plan to open our new concept bubble tea store in Downtown Vancouver called "Sencha". Our target demographic is the young adult Asian community, while also being a bridge to bring Asian tea to suit Western tastes. We would like a design that is related to our main product which will be Asian Tea, however a traditional logo with a modern twist is ideal. Catchy however also minimalistic. We need a logo design that is a blend of traditional with a modern twist. Our plan for the company is to change the way people think about boba tea, as the market focuses on the added flavours to the tea, rather than the pure tea itself. The experience we want to provide will be similar to a bar/lounge nightlife feel, rather than the usual cute and family friendly style that other boba shops provide. Our company will be called "Sencha", and the logo should communicate our intention to tea, and not bubble tea. We are looking for minimalism, but something memorable and eye-catching, with our main demographic targeting teenagers and young adults ages 16-30.
