Brief de Design de Logo

Hello,we need a logo design for my new company, based in san juan capistrano, CA. It would be ideal to implement the words "Envio Seguro", which translates to "Safe Transaction". We wire money to central and south america, sell money orders, cash checks and process utility payments. My target audience is hispanic, aged 30-60, they work in fields that require manual labor. We would like to see designs that use the color blue. The final design should communicate safety, reliability, and trust. It should emphasize a serious yet modern look . If you can implement an arrow that transmits the idea of "sending" , usually its mnoney , would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
