Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company called SKY Biomed Pty Ltd.
We develop medical devices that span areas from just being attached to the body of the user, to permanent active implantable medical devices.
We do not want to tie the Logo to any specific product, as it should represent the area we are in (implantable and non-implantable medical devices) and have a strong connection to our company name. The name of the company should be in the logo. We would prefer to use the color blue (sky blue colour range, that given the company name) combined with other colours but are open to alternative suggestions.
The final design should communicate product excellence, humanity, warmth, safe, and classical values but should still be contemporary and be aspirational.
