Brief de Design de Flyer

We are looking to create three sheets for a brochure that sits inside a folder. The idea is to take the material I have provided.
1. SV3
2. SV3 Visitor & SV3 Kiosk
3. SV3 Vehicle Access & Loading Dock
4. SV3 Connector and Integration (APIs)

The idea behind the design is to match the website SV3 Visitor and provide the ability to support special offers with each product. We would like the sheets to fit inside a designed folder... and be available in a nice PDF to be hosted on the website with the various specifications. You can borrow images from the websites of BuildingIntelligence.com or SV3visitor.com

• Must have a consistent design. The idea is to make sure we are communicating efficiency (streamlining) of process, security and the trusted nature of our product; the ease of use... and how friendly the atmosphere of using it. We must have a section at the bottom to put logos of integration partners.

• We need to have an ability to change the offer in a box on each document, consistent with the availability of a promotional code.
