Brief de Design de T-shirt

Need a shirt design based off the drawing attached. The barber chair should a vector image. The idea of the design is a barber calling for their next customer. I'm not set on a color yet but it will more than like go primarily on a white t-shirt. No more than 2 colors. Open to whatever ideas you have not taking away from the base design in the drawing.
