Brief de Design de Logo

I need a vintage style logo written in calligraphy with "Beans and Leaves" I just want it to look old but funky with graphics that go with coffee, tea and gifts
Would like graphics of coffee beans and tea leaves in the background.
Please see the uploaded file as to the type of town and clientele will be supporting this business. Beans and Leaves will actually be located in the "Big House" that is highlighted in the flyer.
I would like something that could appeal to small town people who's families have been here for generations , as well as engineers, teachers, farmers and entrepreneurs.
This is a specialty coffee house with a small gift store.
Something with a sandwich board or "shingle" feel.
