Brief de Design Infographie

We would like an infographic created for our law firm. We would like to highlight the information below in a more interesting, eye-catching and engaging way. There are 3 buckets of information numbered below. The numbers in bucket 1 will be updated once we receive the 2016 ones on Jan 2nd but please use these 2013 numbers as placeholders. In 2 and 3 we'd like pictures as well but very tasteful and not cartoony. Feel free to tweak text as needed but keep to the message. Since this is a law firm and serious issue, we would like the overall tone and color scheme to be appropriate as to that.

1. Total Number of DWI Arrests in Bexar County

The Bexar County District Attorney's Office has reported 7,649 total DWI arrests in 2013. Of the total number of arrests, 3,364 involved a blood draw. In 2013, arrests were made for the following types of DWI related offenses as follows:

5,637 arrests for a first DWI offense (including charges for a 1st DWI, open container DWI, and DWI with a BAC of .15 or greater);
1,105 arrests for a second DWI offense;
703 arrests for a third or subsequent DWI offense;
152 arrests for any DWI with a child passenger under the age of 15 years old;
37 arrests for a charge of intoxication assault;
15 arrests for intoxication manslaughter

2. If you are found guilty of a DWI and you do not choose a lawyer with experience, your life can be affected with one or more of the following:
- Permanent criminal record which could impact your current and future employment.
- A driver’s license suspension from 6 months to 2 years on average.
- High fines amounts you will be required to pay based on your own case details.
- Installation of an Ignition Interlock Device system in your vehicle for an average of 1 to 3 years at your expense.
- Requirement to take DUI classes and/or counseling before any drivers license reinstatement.
- Possible requirement to pay much higher insurance rates, or lose your coverage entirely.
- Possible travel restrictions
- Community service
- Social stigma and hardships on family and friends

3. Hiring a quality criminal defense lawyer is probably the single most important decision you can make. Things to take into consideration when selecting your attorney:

- Experience. DWI law is always changing,

- Local. it's important that the attorney have experience in the city or county where the arrest took place.

- Fair fee.
