Brief de Design de Logo

I own two remodeling companies , one that focuses on baths and the other that focuses on doors and floors....both can be accomplished "In Just One Day"...which is now a trademarked tag line that most of my competition has "borrowed" from me. I want a logo that will be universal to both businesses ....home improvements.....done "in just one day".....I want an abstract logo concept that will represent the speed and efficiency of the "niche" remodeling business model. SPEED....Home renovation/restoration/improvement are the categories. Jenniferbylo.com will be the url we use to download my free remodeling guide.. I have a good amount of brand recognition with my NAME, and my FACE since I am my own spokesperson and have used myself in over a decade of TV advertising to market my "One Day Bath" concept..I was formerly affiliated with REBATH, a bath remodeling franchisor, but I chose not to renew with them and I am currently under a one year non compete...hence the addition of the DOORS IN A DAY concept...that is the second remodeling business I own...I was thinking of Hermes winged shoe as a symbol ...the Greek God of speed ....or perhaps a lightning bolt???? I feature myself in my commercials and always close with that tagline...."IN JUST ONE DAY"... I have filed and obtained initial trademark approval I would like to use the symbol TM after the tagline. Please include the tagline under the logo. When I initially sent this through the system rejected "In Just One Day" as a Name for the Project....stating it was insufficient...I hope this makes sense to you ...people literally recognize my by that tagline.

  • Must be memorable.....I have already branded my former company name and former franchise affiliation to my image....I was known as Bay State Re-Bath...but can no longer use their logo because of a non compete clause...they have cranberry red and black colors, which I use in the current company name.. but the logo does not have to be the same color scheme. The two businesses I own are named Bay State Kitchen and Bath for the first company, and Doors in a Day of Boston, for the second company. This year I plan to focus on Doors in a Day of Boston (which uses a custom door manufacturing product from a company called HOMESTORY) and next year I plan to resume the ONE DAY BATH business.
  • The logo to be flexible enough to apply to any home improvement concept that can be done IN JUST ONE DAY.
  • Please see the attached tv commercials directing people to go to Jenniferbylo.com to download the free remodeling guide...we will be rolling with something like this under the NEW LOGO, introducing our new Interior Door Replacement service as a new remodeling project that can be done "In Just One Day".....
  • I attached a sample of my url, and some ideas my producer had for keeping it simple, using my url as the branding tool....

  • Speed of Install, Efficiency of Process, Impeccable management all work together to deliver the positive customer experience. One of my biggest selling advantages, and one that makes me unique, is that I am a woman. Home Improvement contractors are typically men. However, I DO NOT WANT PINK or girlie girl messaging..I am pretty smart, no nonsense, I used to be a critical care nurse, so I can handle stress and multitasking. Keep it classy, a little high end, market toward the no nonsense consumer who has a bit of money to spend. The service is priced at a premium to deliver a smooth end product.

  • No "gimmickie" looks....average sale for the doors is about 4500 and the average sale for the bath business is 7500 so this is not a cheap project, even though it is done IN JUST ONE DAY...
