Brief de Design de Logo

Due to problems with the domain name transfer we had to change use of domain and are looking for another text/domain name logo

Im looking for a logo for a website renting out holiday homes in spain. The website will allow owners of houses renting out their own homes in spain and also for people looking to rent a house for their holidays in spain.

The name is Rentahouse-spain.com from the words rent a house.
I want a version of the logo with just Rentahouse-spain and a version Rentahouse-spain.com
Also a favicon version and a app icon.

We want the logo to be modern but still remind of holiday and vacation.
We will use a template for this site that you can find here http://demo1.wprentals.org/homepage-version-2-header-image/
That will give you an idea of the site and the Logo we are looking for.
We will use different colors and pictures than in the demise.
