Brief de Design Illustration

Looking for a graphic artist to take my short story and create a comic book/graphic short story. Need to know rate. The short story (8 pages) centers on a retired vampire hunter who is drawn back into the game after the murder of his wife.

Black and white is fine. But would like to have the final product inked.
