Brief de Design de Logo

In need of a new logo to represent my international real estate company. The company has been operating since 2009 and has now reached a stage to progress it to the next level (ie logo and business cards ect). The company has been ticking over from word of mouth and previous clients so far. The aim of the logo is to create a brand of luxury and professionalism rather than aiming to sell a product. The company focuses on high end renovation (all type of building works), professional management and consultancy, so I would like the logo to represent the professional and luxurious side of the business. The business operates in all areas around London but has seen some of its work reach out to the Middle East for super high end fit outs. I have copied in some examples of logos that appeal to me. I am not keen on cartoon like icons. I would like the icon to be above the text and to have a play on the initials H and I. I would like the text underneath to have Hakim and International on separate lines and the words Real Estate on the third line although I would like at different options of the layout. I would like to explore various icon options to find the best fit. I’m not very keen on italic font or words in patterns and would like to stick to bold and clear writing. In terms of colour schemes, I have seen many attractive logos in gold colour so I would like to see this in my new logo. I would be really keen to see a design similar to my attached example which is file: 05_The_Honours_Menu_With_Gold_Foil_by_Touch but with the text underneath and a few other similar examples but not limited to this design.
