I'm a Psychologist + Coach based in Geneva, Switzerland and working both locally and internationally through in person + Skype sessions, local events + online products.
I am evolving my food coaching business (www.healthwise.ch) onto a new website and branding called WiserHumans (www.wiserhumans.com).
The idea behind my concept, WiserHumans is this:
As humans, we don’t come with a user’s manual. Nobody teaches us how to work with painful emotions. Or how to handle the constant stream of negative thoughts our minds are so good at.
And so we end up struggling, going around in circles and thinking there is something wrong with us for not being ‘normal’ because we are not happy all the time or able to make the changes we want.
What if being human didn’t have to be such a struggle?
What if we could learn skills for living so we can drop the struggle and build a life of meaning, authenticity and freedom? What if we could become WiserHumans?
I use more active forms of therapy where more than just talking, clients also learn skills for living - so they can build the life they want.
I would describe my approach as deep coaching or light therapy, always grounded in science and very practical.
My style is practical, always supported by science and grounded in acceptance, compassion and curiosity.

- Even though the name sounds quite serious, I want the visual identity to be quite light-hearted, almost like we are not taking the name or the concept too seriously.
- Colors: Vibrant and earthy at once. Modern. Approachable.

- I would also like something that suggests handwriting, or type-writer font - something really approachable and down to earth.
