Brief de Web Design

I'm looking to update our pricing page and request page to something more modern in terms of the layout/form design and with more content, but needs to be consistent with the rest of our site. I need two pages designed. 1) A general pricing page w/ CTAs for quotes, and 2) The request quote page with form. Ideally there would be (3) parts for our different packages (Express, Professional, Enterprise) on the pricing page, with CTAs on each section. I like the hero image approach used here https://buffer.com/pricing and here http://www.uitemple.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/bluejeans-pricing-page-design.png In terms of the form page, mainly just looking for an improvement over this https://www.thoughtindustries.com/price-quote-request

I also included a sample mockup to provide a BIT of guidance, but looking for something a little different and modern.
