Brief de Design de Logo

I am a real estate agent in the DFW area and I am going off on my own next year. I am building all my business stationary and website using a new logo that will represent me and my services as a whole. I have worked for Remax and Keller Williams and I appreciate a professional demeanor but also keeping up with the times. I am a female in my mid 20's, so I want my logo to represent that. My idea is to have a large main logo and then a smaller one that can go as stickers or buttons but keep the same style. The logo should be elegant and modern. I am open to colors yet no neon colors wanted.
