The quality of the organisation. We want to have the best brand (and eventually website) in the quiz sector. Be the Mercedes/John Lewis of the sector. Simple, clean and clear, bespoke, creative, entertaining, experienced, high-end, specialist, variety of product range, broad appeal, fun and engaging. Reassuringly expensive.
