Brief de Design Illustration

We are an interdisciplinary research group based in Denmark, with a focus on musculoskeletal health in youth. Our goal is to improve health and function of adolescents, by generating knowledge and evidence that will lead to better understanding, treatment and prevention of adolescent musculoskeletal pain. We are looking to design an image that can be used on our webpage, in news reports, and grant applications that represents our research strategy.

Our vision is to have the image represent the two important concepts in our research:
1. Understanding and preventing musculoskeletal pain in youth
2. Stratifying and optimising managing of those with pain
The image should represent that these factors are interacting and interdependent.
We have uploaded some sketches with important keywords and concepts, but would like an illustration which can represent these ideas visually (e.g. rather than the words 'environment' or 'pain' etc., these should be images). These are only suggestions and designers can feel free to adapt them to their own creative ideas and designs. We don't have any preference but are looking for something that can be understood by both the general public and researchers.
The focus should be on kids/ youth, and perhaps include children passing from the beginning with no pain, to developing pain, and recovering and returning to the start. The colour red and green can be used to represent the positive and negative outcomes.
