Brief de Design de Brochure

We are looking to create an IT brochure to send out to all of the employees of our Company with an update of what we do and how we can help and a bit about us. In terms of layout, we have a basic structure to the layout of what we would and the content but we need some help in terms of visuals and making it look appealing. Attached is the start of our brochure, we will be looking to add another 10-12 pages.
The theme of the brochure is being digitally connected. We would like the reader to follow a journey as they are going through the brochure.
We need help mainly with our visuals to get them to follow through with our theme. We would like the same format on each page but we would like some help either adapting our visuals or creating new visuals to go with our theme.
