Brief de Design de Logo

We are a Perth based International Mining and Civil Construction company. We specialise in small and large Mining, Civil and Land Rehabilitation projects. We also offer Construction and Project Management consultancy.
We would really like a simple design that will work on all backgrounds and in all sizes. The logo will be used on the sides of plant and equipment, all company documentation and site fencing and signage.
We are open to all colour although most of our machiney is yellow so something that will work against that. We also like the colour green to reflect our commitment to the environment through rehabilitation.

The business name is "Global Mining & Civil" but it will be known as "GMC" so it would be good to have the primary logo contain "GMC" with the business name also included.
