Brief de Design de Logo

New company: Urban Reach. We aim to collaborate with property investors to achieve financial goals via sustainable residential development.

We buy run down property on 500sqm plus land size that can be:
1. renovated
2. developed into residential townhouses
3. sub divided
4. investment

We act on behalf of the client. We search for couples who dont have enough funds to do a project as such by themselves, so we match them to another person as a 'joint venture' agreement and manage the entire process for them, through the purchase of the land, settlement, planning, design, construction and sale of the completed product to make the client a profit.

Our goal is to set the client up on their way to 1. make a profit and 2. early retirement and 3. provide sustainable housing all through property acquisition.
