Brief de Design Étiquette

I just need some very basic modifications for the front and back panel for this project. I need the lemons replaced with red chilis and the name changed to Spicy Red Pepper and a Thermometer with a medium hot indication.
On the back, the layout unchanged and I'll provide new bar code, Nutritional panel and ingredient list.
Do you replace the sandwich with a thermometer ??
