Font-  I reviewed the original logo work information that was done by a design firm. In the Corporate Identity Standards, provided by the company, it lists Dear Joe as the font.  I do not have the original bill since it was many years ago, but I''m assuming that I paid for this font nearly 10 years ago.  Please advise if you have other concerns or comments.  Kari

Thank you for the invitation. Before I accept, I wanted to see if you are open to other fonts. As the previous designer, I have a concern for the font being shareware and not allowed to be used on commercial projects. Since you do not have proof that you purchased this font 10 years ago, it is not something we can prove in court if a case was to be drawn against the designer or the company owner, being you, for having a copyrighted font.
