Brief de Print Design

Hello designers,

We are a solar energy company looking to make an eye-catching design for residential door hangers. These will be the type of door hangers that just stick to the door, not actually hang on the door. So essentially it will be a flyer that is 5.5" x 8.5" front and back. Please see attached template design for specifications and standards for print. The file will need to be provided in an editable PSD format.

Content for Flyer:

Front: Should be something eye caching, attention grabber, with big words and a visual of something to do with a nice looking home that has solar panels on it. Call to action should be at the bottom.

Words should ready: MAKE CENTS OUT OF SOLAR

Back: Should have more in depth content. Company logo on back, 4 bullet points (checkmarks) with text, a chart (attached), and contact info at bottom. We will update content for the back soon, but please put together a layout that doesn't look plain jane and has some creativeness to it.
