Brief de Design de Logo

I would like the logo to focus more on my name, I am a realtor but I'm expanding my team to include other agents. My logo will be used on the yard signs that go into a person's home so it needs to be easy to read. It will also go on my newsletter which are printed in black and white. I want the logo to be simple, elegant, yet inviting. When people view it I want them to know I am a top Realtor and I will get the job done right.
