Brief de Design de Logo

We have to re-brand and need a logo. We are a three-office non-surgical eye care practice with very modern technology. We need a logo for our new brand name "Peak Eye Care."
The logo needs to be horizontally oriented due to signage space on existing buildings. We are open to any color, but our current colors are light blue and royal blue. We don't need to use the basic design of the uploaded file, but it is just an idea that I worked on today at lunch. The final design should represent that we are the top choice in our locations.
