Brief de Design de Carte Postale

I am looking for a double sided 6"x11" (154.2mm x 279.4) with 1/16" bleed edges. This postcard will be going to print, so extremely high quality is necessary. I DO NOT want a space for mailing/address. The back side of the postcard should have information like the front.

Ideally i'm looking for a designed that knows the Western real estate market and has experience designing real estate postcards

I have uploaded several different logos for potential use. I am open to any questions or ideas. I really want it to be something that gets noticed, so i'm okay with a bold design.
