Brief de Design de T-shirt

We want a t-shirt design for an initiative aimed at supporting girls and women in STEM (science, technology, engineering and math). The primary message of the initiative is have equity, diversity and inclusivity in STEM by increasing the number of girls and women in these fields... to reach an equal number of women and men in STEM fields... a ratio of 50:50 (men:women).

The design should be hand drawn initially to ensure that there are no copyright violations. We would like unique illustrations as this t-shirt will be sold to raise funds for a girls in STEM program. The illustration for the winning design will be converted to a digital file.

We are open to various designs if you think you have a great idea.

One idea we envision for the t-shirt is various science, tech, engineering and math icons grouped together to make the shape of 50:50. An unfinished example file is attached. On the first "5" would be different science related icons repeated in different sizes and patters. On the first "0" would be the same idea, but with technology related icons. On the second "5" would be engineering related icons, and on the second "0" would be math related icons. I would also like an icon of a female incorporated into each section.

Various t-shirt colours will be available (green, black, white, blue, etc.) so I would like at least black and white colour iterations to suit these different colour t-shirt backgrounds.

The final design should be bold and simple.
