Brief de Design de Logo

It is a large facility which includes a shooting range for the police academy and an equestrian center ( riding school and showjumping competitions).
The club belongs to the Ministry of Interior which is the police academy.
The shooting range will be used by the police academy, however the equestrian center will be hosting showjumping competitions where all equestrians can participate
Its an extravagant facility, one of the top facilities in Kuwait.
I need a logo that will reflect the prestigiousness of the sport coming from such a country as Kuwait.
The equestrian side of the facility is mainly focused on show jumping.
