Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new grocery and bakery based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The company caters to British clientele. We would like to see designs that focus on the following:
1. Simplistic, modern logo that clearly communicates the British emphasis- we would like to see designs that have the Union Jack or elements of it.
2. The business has 2 key lines- Grocery and Bakery. Both lines of business are critical to the growth of the company.
3. Finally the design should make a statement that this is a forward looking company focusing on customer relationship values.
