Brief de Design de Brochure

We are a boutique Real Estate Agency that specializes in Property Management (Rentals) Located on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

We are putting together a property owners handbook that informs them about being a landlord, setting up their property for rent, local legislation on leasing properties, the services we offer and what makes us a great choice to manage their property.
Ultimately this is designed to answer new landlords FAQs and sell our agency as the best choice for them.

We want this handbook to be simple, clear and styled to match our existing website. wwww.propertynorthagency.com.au

We have supplied some images, screen shots of our Landlord Portal service offered. All words and index are provided in the word.doc

I would like the brochure to be around 16-20 A4 pages with some of the images provided and/or any other images you would like to add.

But I would like something a little more modern and matched to our website design.

I would like a print ready PDF version of document as well as an editable Photoshop copy and AI copy.
