Brief de Design de Logo

Soul Bar is an Italian just opened Coffee and Wine bar where you can eat (e.g.: sandwiches, rich appetizers of typical italian specialyties), have a coffee or spend your time tasting a wonderful selection of Italian wines, served and advised by a talented sommelier.

Logo should have the following text:
- Main text: "Soul Bar"
- Payoff: "Coffe & Wine"

I'd like to see a graphic with few lines, no shadows or 3d effects or many details, so it can be easily distinguished on every size and media.
I don't have any particular request about colors. I'd say warm colours but I'm open to any idea.
