Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a new business called Sparc Strategies. Sparc stands for St Pete Advisory Research and Consulting. We are a strategy and management consulting firm based in St Pete, Florida focused on healthcare - specifically healthcare technology. Our core competency is bringing new innovative ideas to the table - but doing it in a very disciplined, data driven way. We would like to be change agents for businesses - to be the "sparc" that sets companies on a new path towards growth and innovation. I would love to see a vibrant use of color - open to a very diverse and energetic palette - and I would look to this logo to inform the subsequent design of business cards, website, powerpoint etc ... I like the idea of capitalizing the first word - emphasizing the phrase "SPARCS" but don't want to lose sight of the importance of "Strategies' given it clearly denotes what line of business we are in. I am a little concerned with the short hand of "SS" for obvious reasons. A tie-in to healthcare would be nice but would prefer great simple design over something forced.
