Brief de Design Art

My wife and I are looking for a logo for a real estate investing business we are starting called Uplift Properties. We will be buying, renovating and selling homes, increasing the aesthetic appeal and the value of the homes and communities in the process. We would like to see designs that use the colors black and old gold. The final design should communicate integrity and upward movement.
