About the company:

Techni-Connection (TCI) offers on-site IT technical services and sells IT solutions for the retail and hospitality industries.

Please find more information about these two activities below:
- Services: Techni-Connection provides hardware, networking, trouble-shooting and repair services for companies across Canada
- IT solutions:
• Retail division: We sell and ensure the maintenance of 2 softwares specialized in the Retail industry (CEGID and Microsoft Retail Management Hero) that enable retailers to efficiently manage their entire business and point of sales activities.
• Hospitality division: We sell and ensure the maintenance of IT solutions for theaters and restaurants.

About the logo designs:
• Techni-Connections logo:

We’d like a new logo for our company Techni-Connection (= TCI). We currently have a logo but the design isn’t very modern (please find it attached).
The logo should be very simple, modern and easily reproducible. We’d prefer a logo that is only a symbol. The name doesn’t have to appear on the logo.

If letters appear on the logo, we would like one of the following options:
- to mention “Techni” with a bigger shrift and “Connection” to be smaller
- to use ‘’ TCI ‘’ and not Techni-Connection.

Our main characteristics as a company are:
- Our dedication to customer service (we take care of our customers’ problems as fast as possible and customize our services and solutions according to their needs).
- Our ability to solve any technical problems anywhere in Canada (+100 technicians across Canada).

We’d love the logo to express these ideas, especially the one about our dedication to customer service.

For colours, we’d like to see designs that use the colours blue and grey. We’re open to other suggestions.

• Techni-Connections’s services logos (if possible):

Our services logos should be variations from the TCI logo.

They are logos that represent TCI’s types of services:
- 1 logo for Techni-Retail: Techni-Retail is a TCI’s division for our Retail IT solutions.

- 1 logo for Techni-Hospitality: Techni-Hospitality is a TCI’s division for our Hospitality IT solutions (restaurants and theaters mostly).

The variation from TCI logo to Techni-Retail or Techni-Hospitality can be very subtle.

Each logo must have a detail that helps the customer knowing the type of services offered (hospitality and retail).

For the colours, we’d like Techni-Retail’s logo to be grey and pink. The Techni-Hospitality logo would be grey and orange. We’re open to other suggestions but each logo has to keep the colour grey, in common with TCI’s logo.
