Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for our new residential real estate company called Krieg Realty, LLC. The company will be located in the Houston, Texas area.

The logo will be used on property signs, business cards and other marketing materials.

I like clean, simple looking designs that would be easy to read but stand out on a yard sign as a car passes by.

I would really like to incorporate the State of Texas into the design. I like the colors maroon and black but I'm open to other colors. Just keep in mind that the yard signs we will be using will have a white background.
