Brief de Design de Papeterie

I need business card and letterheads for a medical clinic with the following:
1- Business cards. The back should allow for space for date and time of next appointments (few lines would do)
2- Letterhead for clinic notes
3- Letterhead for test reports.

Feel free to use whats included for examples. I value creativity so be creative.
