Brief de Design de Brochure

Design a brochure for our special events being held at the Orinda and Rheem Theatres from Dec - March

I wanted to limit the pages - but seeing the designs come in i think it will have to be a total of eight pages which would be 2 (8 1/2 by 11 inch) paper folded in half. This includes the cover and back cover.
pages as:
1) cover
2) inside cover (page 1)
3)page 2 (right of inside cover)
4) page 3 (middle left)
5) page 4 (middle right)
6) page 5 (left of back inside cover)
7) page 6 (back inside cover)
8) Back cover

We have an old audience so text should not be too small (at least 12-14 pt)

Lamorinda Theatre is the company - the two theaters are the Rheem and Orinda
