Brief de Design de Logo
Looking for a bold modern design logo for an equity based property crowdfunding website. Something different, something striking.
We are in the process of setting up an equity-based property crowdfunding platform, which will be totally web-based. We shall have below market value residential and commercial properties on the website that potential investors can invest into. Each property will be owned by a separate Ltd company whose sole asset shall be that property. So basically we sell shares in the company to investors who in turn own a share of the property. In most cases the property shall be a "buy to let" in which case the investors shall get a monthly share of the net rent according to the number of shares they own, then will proportionally get a share of net capital growth when the property is sold. Each investor shall have their own "dashboard" so they can track their investments online. Minimum
investment is GBP 500 per share.
