Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for a logo design for a website/blog/podcast targeting the health of men that want to make positive health and lifestyle changes in order to be a better husband, partner, father and son. The final design should communicate health, growth, confidence and strength. Colour preferences include Black, White, Grey, Green and Blue (darker tones). We want to bring Functional Medicine to men's health to help men be healthier, happier and contribute more to their loved ones.

We are targeting Men aged 20-50 that should make positive changes in their diet, lifestyle, activities and mental and emotional health as well.
