Also no payment guarantee means not paid even if work very hard...
please think again about this as this is no fair deal for any designer so how can I work on this??

PSD files are fine. This is my first time using DesignCrowd, so I wanted to make sure the designers could deliver before I started guaranteeing projects. I hope you can understand. I have used 99Designs a number of times and never once backed out of a job. I plan to do the same here, but I want to get my feet wet first with the platform and the designers on here.

Great designs so far. We have not found the exact one yet, but we do appreciate all your hard work. I have added our logo file as a png to the brief.

Thank you everyone for your work so far. We really appreciate it. We have note found the one design that jumps out at is yet, however we are getting close.

A few tips for the last 5 days of submissions.

1. We really like the flow of the Weebly site and how they integrate graphics with their content.
2. Please use the content provided, so we can get a really good visual of what the site will look like with the content we are moving forward with.
