Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for new restaurant, the concept is brick oven pizza and wine bar, featuring Italian street foods,tapas, open kitchen, exposed brick, vintage lighting with a bit of Italian flair, urban wood and steel decor, with a industrial seating...our clientele is sophisticated casual, the logo should have that vintage feel but not the typical Italian in your face, color scheme should be neutral and logo should work well for signage and on uniforms etc...THE MAIN NAME IS "BARRA" its the subtitles that I am struggling with, should say or convey...Apizza, wine, urban kitchen, Italian street kitchen were some of the titles I played with!
