Brief de Design de Logo

Hey guys I need a new logo and toolbar for my internet project "Quippi". Quippi wants to be a community portal where can I ask everythink and getting answers in good quality. The logo itself should be able to place in a bar on the top of the homepage, where a searching bar and other wants to be as well. So i am looking for the logo itself and a bar around it as in facebook / quora / as in design crowd here at the top. I did not choose a color already, so the logo can be made in color within a white bar (as in quora - www.quora.com) or as in facebook maybe in white and with a colored bar arround. My idea is just that it looks elegant and simple as big companys have their logos - facebook / google etc. I uploaded a jpg file with the exmaple of quora design and which content should be put into my one. The example of quora is a good direction you can start from - colors and the way of the logo itself. So i need to get at least 2 files at the end, the logo and the logo with the bar. Logo files in a way I can use them later in lots of ways. Thats all - sorry for my english.
