Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for our real estate company which we are in the process of re branding from a franchised real estate company to a boutique, independant real estate company.

The new name of our company is: Thought Leaders Real Estate and we are based in the affluent north/western coastal suburbs of Perth, Western Australia. We primarily deal with mid to upper end properties which we sell and provide property management services for.

Our sales team can be described as Elite and would rank among the best in our marketplace, the brand and logo needs to represent them and also the types of properties they sell. Our new business name represents who we are, we are thought leaders in our field and we constantly innovate and remain at the cutting edge of real estate best practices.

Our primary colour scheme we would like to use is black and white, the logo needs to be able to be used across all forms of marketing material such as all stationary pieces plus web media applications.

We want the final design to communicate our position as the best in our field, always pushing the boundaries of real estate practices and that we sell and property manage.
