Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for a new logo for our company Roman Outdoor Ovens. We like the logos that have the company names included (i.e. not just symbols). We definitely want Roman Outdoor Ovens included in the logo. Probably with Roman being larger letters than Outdoor Ovens.

A big competitor is Chicago Brick Oven http://www.chicagobrickoven.com/ if you could look at their website/logo. I don't like their logo particularly but liked how the flame was incorporated.

Colors we prefer assuming a white background would be definitely red and maybe green. Also, perhaps orange, yellow and black. Some combination of a few of these colors would be good.

We don't have a tag line.

Is there any way to have a flame roll or brick or a pizza or an outdoor oven or logs/wood incorporated in the logo? Just some thoughts. But simple/streamlined is also good.

I like the orange/red/yellow flames in the logo. Maybe logs with a flame under Roman Outdoor Ovens on a background of brick? Just some thoughts but we're open to new ideas.
