Brief de Design de Logo

I would like a logo designed for my fitness business. I am a personal trainer, yoga instructor and group fitness instructor. I have a specialty in cancer recovery exercise.

I would like a logo representing my desire to help people of all fitness levels and ages find a way to incorporate fitness and health into their lives that works for them. Also to help teach people how fitness can improve your life overall.

I want something clean and bold, but with an element of beauty that represents that beauty within all people. I don't necessarily want a picture of dumbbells because I feel like that is very cliche, but I just don't know what is the right direction to go.

I had initially thought something with a globe, but now I feel like that doesn't say anything about my business and what I represent. I am open to ideas, but I will know what I like when I see it. I'm more logical than creative.

I have an idea for the logo text below, but am willing to tweak it. I have also attached a previous design that a friend did for me, but I just don't feel like it works.
