Brief de Design de Logo

we need a logo identical to the one supplied, it must be the same Corinthian column, in black and white but on the logo supplied, there is a flower at the top of the column in the middle, we would like to replace that with an Australian flower the waratah.
we want it to look very professional.
so we are very happy with the logo we have supplied, because of all the detail in it.
we would be happy even if the flower was the only thing changed, to a waratah flower at the top? but its making the flower work with the column and also making the flower stand out? terracotta photo is the waratah flower we would like used.
