RESTAURANT NAME: The Pizza and Wine Club

LOCATION:
- Kyneton, central Victoria Australia
- A small historical country town, with a growing market in visitors from Melbourne coming for food and local activities.


TYPE OF RESTAURANT
Pizza and Pasta restaurant. Modern feel, lots of timber, busy feel.
- Describe the overall restaurant theme/concept
- Ambiance

CLIENTELE:
- Mostly local clientele, but a growing number of tourists also. Local families and young people.
Describe your patrons or your market

OBJECTIVE:
-to give a more modern and professional feel to our menus. They are old and simple and boring.
- hard to read under low light at night.
