Brief de Design de T-shirt

Looking for a full-color t-shirt island style design, that incorporates the word AETO which means eagle and the word PAGO PAGO which is the city. This is for an annual longboat race. Design needs to have a fierce looking eagle and also be incorporating the longboat and/or the oars of the longboat. A popular design is having the eagle hold the oar with its claws. Hopefully there can also be a graphic of the long boat maybe along the bottom of the design, maybe incorporate some water and/or polynesian designs. I have attached some simple sample ideas and also a pic of the longboat.
