Brief de Design de Logo

This design is not hard. We have already got a shape in mind. To design our logo, we want to learn from the logo above, and use our Brand "QESC" to replace their letters. However, we want to change the colour way to the following one:

Red, Dark Navy (very close to black, but not black), White.

If needed, you can slightly change the above design, not to 100% copy it, just to make Red, Dark Navy and White combination look beautiful.

Because there are two most important things to us:
1) Please try use exactly the same colour in the second picture. We hope the Red, Dark Navy and White combination to look beautiful in the logo, sometimes the combination can be awful if they are not well combined, we tried at home but didn't get a good result, so that' why we turn to you for help.
2) Please slightly change the font of the four letters, but make them look good as well:)
