Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo, for a new company based in Bogotá called "Relieve Humano", I am a certified Leader Coach, and also certified in "Enneagram", I use this tools and many others to help people and companies to develop themselves and to develop the human resource with in the companies. I can also help in the recruitment process of new talent

The meaning of the name: is considering the "human Topography", is about the ups and downs we live, or we feel in our journey. This company helps people to get to a new level be more connected with who they are, and what they want.

I can ask to avoid any girly color for the logo, please!
What I want? I want it to transmit confidence, professionalism, but to be welcoming and warm... I´m looking for something that "inspire others"
